Are you looking for a rented property in the Arnhem-Nijmegen region?
On this website the housing corporations working together with Entree publish the properties they have available in the Arnhem-Nijmegen region. You will find the current properties available on the homepage. Most of the properties are social rented housing and are properties with a rent of less than € 752,34.
If you want to express an interest in a property, you must first register. You can register on this website or via one of the participating housing corporations in the Arnhem-Nijmegen region. Registration is free.
If you want to register, click on inloggen / inschrijven (login / register) on the top right. You can register here. To do this click on 'inschrijven' and follow the steps indicated on the form. You will receive confirmation of your registration by e-mail.
You can register with Entree if you:
- are aged 18 or older and;
- have Dutch nationality or a valid residence permit.
Properties available and living requirements (WoonWensen)
You can indicate what you are looking for via ‘Mijn Woonwens’ (My Living Requirement) on the menu. You must state first whether you are looking for a house or flat or something else. This may be a parking area, garage or storage facility. You can then state your wishes with regard to location, price and type of accommodation. You may also give more information here about your situation and what exactly you are looking for.
The most suitable properties are on the top of the homepage. The properties are ordered according to your WoonWensen.
Each property ad states how long you still have left to express an interest in the property and how the property will be awarded. The properties are allocated according to position on the waiting list, a lottery drawing or on a ‘first come first served’ basis.
If you click on quickview, you can see which of your WoonWensen the property matches. Click on the heart symbol to save properties under your favourites and to compare them with one another.
Click on the property ad to go to the detailed page of the property. Here you will find, for example, photographs of the property, the rent and more information on location and other features.
Mijn Entree (My Entree)
Once you have registered, you will find all your data on ‘Mijn Entree’.
It is very important that your registration data with Entree are up to date. If there are any changes to your income or the composition of your household, you must update your data immediately. This will prevent any disappointment later. The data are checked when a property is allocated. If they are then found to be incorrect, the allocation cannot proceed.
If you go to Woningaanbod (Properties available), you can see which properties you are eligible for. These properties are under the green or orange bar and match your personal data and the living requirements you entered. The properties under the red bar are not suitable because, for example, you do not fulfil the income limits.
Did you know that you can also receive notification by e-mail of suitable properties that match your four basic living requirements? You can indicate this under ‘Mijn WoonWens’.
